Delegate temporary admin level for vacations

Our team is small and there is only one admin level user. This is the only user reviewing incoming issues and assigning them to workers. When this person is on vacation, they either have to check in once a day and assign projects, or the entire team has to wait until the person is back from vacation. It would be nice to have the ability to assign temporary admin capabilities to someone else during this time so that projects don't stall while the admin is away.
