It would be very helpful to customize the criteria for "Ready to Start" and "Not Ready" requests and tasks, either at the organization or user level. This would help organizations customize their workflow and deadlines.
Specifically, Workfront defines tasks as "Ready to Start" when the planned start date is within 2 weeks. This time frame doesn't work well when project timelines are either very short or very long. Being unable to customize the time frame results in tasks and requests laying dormant when there may have been capacity to complete the item.
