Customize "Copy to…" Defaults

Right now, the "Copy to" feature defaults to clearing only predecessors.

I've had numerous requests to change that default to either all boxes checked, or simply some other combination of boxes.

It's easy to make a mistake here and tedious when most users want all or most of the items cleared from a Copy.

As SysAdmin, I should be able to modify this default.
