Currently, when a user creates/adjusts reports or Filters/Views/Groups, they can see all the fields that are available in the system. This means that the user can see fields that don't pertain to their Company or Group.
The recommendation would be to allow for Group permissions to be set so that the users can only see the fields that are part of their viewable custom forms and fields. This will reduce potential report mistakes, create multi-tenancy, and create report and Filters/Views/Groups settings easier.
