Create or customize email templates for any notification type to include custom form data

Currently it appears that the only email notifications that are customizable are the reminder notifications. https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/articles/217220937-Configuring-Email-Templates

I would like the ability to create custom email templates in Workfront that can include relevant custom form data in the body or subject that are triggered by certain events such as project completion, not just reminders.

1000000% agreed

we should be able to build custom event notification emails for any event that is being tracked either default or custom events.

This will be helpful and should be part of the standard functionality - Ability to include fields from Custom forms within Email notifcations

Completely agree. I've wanted to be able to modify the content of the notifications for Task and Issue Assignments since we started with Workfront. Was so excited to discover the Email Template functionality, and so disappointed to find it's limited to Reminder Notifications, which is a feature we don't use (we get plenty of Workfront-related spam already).

Yes please!!! We are looking to put processes into place to help stop all the email back and forth. The problem with one of our departments is that their users don't work in Workfront. Allowing them to view what changes have been made to a training session within the email will make it easier for them to determine if they need to click into Workfront to view the remaining elements of the change being made.

I agree with this request- this would be helpful for proof approvals, document approvals. I've been able to add the project name to the subject line of an email requesting document approval, but not for a proof. But, just the project name doesn't give enough information about the actual needs of the project which would be helpful to know as someone's reviewing a deliverable.

This would be an enormous win for us. We have power users that have no issue clicking "See it in Workfront" or even linking to the project when they get an email notification, but our not-so-power users struggle enormously because the email notifications do not tell them enough information about what tasks have been marked off/what is now ready to start.
