Currently, when you reject a project, task or issue approval from the Home view, a text box appears to allow you to submit the reason for your rejection. When you reject a project, task or issue approval from the object's landing page, you do not get an option to submit a reason for the rejection. Instead, any feedback must be entered directly into the Updates stream.
This creates an inconsistent review/approval experience. We would like the ability to submit a reason for a "rejected" decision, no matter where that decision is submitted.
Similarly, the ability to add a comment box for an "approved" decision would be a nice feature to have in both places, although this enhancement is not as critical.
We would like any comments typed into the "reason for approval/rejection" text box to appear in the object's Updates stream as well.
