Description - We would like the option to configure Workflows based on Project, starting with a blank slate when creating a new Project. Ideally with the option to enable the ones we'd like to leverage and edit them to create new custom options as needed.
Why is this feature important to you - This would allows personalization based on the various areas within our shared instance. I know there is a push to move towards and even great shared instance setup, and that is extremely overwhelming without simple personalization such as workflows.
How would you like the feature to work - Currently when an Issue / Request is in 'Waiting for response' Status, and someone provides an update, the Status automatically updates to 'In Progress.' This isn't ideal for governance processes, and we would prefer to have a more robust process of checks and balances to ensure the right content was provided before the Request is moved to 'In Progress.' This will also help with our reporting for each Request being in a certain status for a length of time (less flip-flopping).
Current Behaviour - When an Issue / Request is in 'Waiting for response' Status, and any user provides an update, the Status automatically updates to 'In Progress.'
