This post has been closed as a duplicate. All votes have been moved to the original: Allow screenshots in updates/comments

Sometimes, when using UPDATES to clarify something in a project, it would be nice if you could upload a screen shot or other document, right there in your update. As it is now, we would have to go into the documents folder and upload a document, and then comment on it to the person you are directing it to. It would be great to see it in the update thread.

This is so critical for our Quality Assurance team. Often they just need to do a quick screen shot inside a comment/update to let a developer or design see what they're speaking about. It is such a pain to first have to upload a doc then comment on it...especially if you need to put a couple of screen shots on one comment. This has been very basic functionality in Atlassian's JIRA and Basecamp for years.

Hi Tina!

There is an idea already under consideration if it matches what you are looking for? It only mentions screenshots but I haven't read through all the comments recently.
