Clear Condition Updates

Project is listed as Going Smoothly
Setting status to Major Roadblocks puts an update of "GOING SMOOTHLY" and another update‚Ä¶ which is NOT GOING SMOOTHLY!!
Have to expand the update that says Going Smoothly and another update to see that the other update is that it's not going smoothly.
