We aren't using the DAM right now, but I believe if it had an option where a calendar view could be created so that the global team members could grab the assets due that day. For example: if we have an email that needs to go out on May1st, the global marketing teams would see on May 1st that email needs to be posted and they can click on the calendar and take the asset and do their work. We are doing this now with a calendar we are developing outside of our DAM and Workfront. However, it is giving my project managers more work. It would be better if it was built into the tool and also able to connect to the Workfront Project.
