Implement a scripting or IFTTT type framework on top of Workfront to allow automation of repeatable processes.

This would be a big help. We know APIs can do this but as a non-technical team, it would require hiring someone to make those updates. It would be great if repeatable processes can be scheduled simply through the UI.
