Auto change Issue status to New when reassigned

When reassigning an issue to another user, it would be nice for the issue to automatically change it's status back to "New."


We had an issue that was set to "Awaiting Feedback." Once our part was done, we reassigned it to the next worker, but the issue stayed at "Awaiting Feedback" instead of changing to "New" for the new assignee. So the issue sat untouched. To avoid that, we would need for statuses to change to "New" when reassigning an issue. Can that option be added?
