Always show "Edit Text Mode" button

Description - If your text mode code includes a long line(s), the window widens to the point that the Edit Text Mode button isn't visible on the screen, making it easy to think that the button doesn't exist, especially since the code wraps in the edit popup window.

Why is this feature important to you - multiple times we've had users think there was a bug because they couldn't find the button

How would you like the feature to work - The button should always be visible on screen
