Within Proof, when viewing the Workflow screen, the scroll bar is only displayed if you know exactly where to hover your mouse or use your mouse wheel. People are not able to easily see that there are more people and/or stages in the Workflow unless they specifically know to scroll. Always displaying the scroll bar would automatically let people know to scroll for more information.
