Always allow workfront support to access instance

Seemingly every time I post a workfront issue I need to give workfront access to our instance. I understand that in some environments you'd like to control when workfront can access your environment. We would rather just let you have access whenever you need to support us and not have to give you access explicitly every time.

Ideally, there'd be a log every time you accessed our system and we'd be notified but if it helps solve our issue quicker I'd rather not hold you guys back!

No, this would be a bad practice generally. This would open a major backdoor into systems that often contain sensitive information to a large group of users unknown to the Enterprise.

If this were implemented it would need to be off by default and editable by the admins.

I completely agree. I would like to know that Workfront accessed our systems, and I can see how some companies wouldn't ever be able to allow someone in without workfront explicitly asking. Having an option that would be off by default would work perfectly for us!
