Seemingly every time I post a workfront issue I need to give workfront access to our instance. I understand that in some environments you'd like to control when workfront can access your environment. We would rather just let you have access whenever you need to support us and not have to give you access explicitly every time.
Ideally, there'd be a log every time you accessed our system and we'd be notified but if it helps solve our issue quicker I'd rather not hold you guys back!
