Description - Allow the ability to sort the list of projects in Timesheets by their program's name and not simply the projects' names
Why is this feature important to you - It would be helpful for users on a wide array of projects to be able to "lump" all of the projects from one program together. Right now, our team assigns a program number which is used as the first part of all of a program's projects' names, most specifically so that we can lump said projects together within the timesheet.
How would you like the feature to work - Give the user options to sort A-Z by program name or project name
Current Behaviour - Currently, the only option of sorting within a user's Timesheet is A-Z using the project name.
