Allow the Description Field On Request Queues to Be Expanded

Description - Similar to how a user can expand fields in a custom form, by grabbing the corner. It would be very useful for users to be able to do the same in the Request Project > Description field

Why is this feature important to you - Our partners submit a significant amount of information on requests. The small Description field is cumbersome to work with if you have a large amount of text.

How would you like the feature to work - The same as the feature available in custom form text fields, where you can grab the corner and expand the box to be larger. 

Current Behaviour - The current Description box is not expandable.
