Description -  Allow a custom form with required fields to be saved in a project when launched from a template without the required fields being completed.

Why is this feature important to you -  efficiency and accuracy.

How would you like the feature to work -  Allow a project to be created from a template with a custom form with required fields without mandating that all fields be completed.

Current Behaviour -  If the custom form has required fields, it can't be added to the template because when I launch the project, it won't save with the blank required fields.

Is it possible in your form to create a radio button custom form field that says something like, Complete the following fields after the project is current? Yes or No options. Click the "Yes" option and have logic on your required fields to stay hidden.

Then after the project is Current and you are ready to work on the required fields have another custom form field that says Ready to complete required fields? Yes or No options. Click the "Yes" option and have logic to expose the required fields to be able to fill them out.

I could add logic to the field that would hide all the required fields until the first field is populated with an answer - I can try that.  I don't want to add a random question though.

However, it seems logical to me that if the project is created from a template that we should be able to add any custom form to it without being completed even if there are required fields.

My current workaround for this is that I create the 23 projects monthly without the custom form and then bulk edit the 23 projects together to add the custom form since bulk edit allows me to add it without required fields being complete.
