Allow option to reorder predecessors when moving tasks

The majority of our project owners try to keep their task lists in order. It just makes it easier to see the steps involved in completing a task. When we move a task up or down in order under that project it would be nice if the predecessors changed to match the new order of the list. Make this feature optional so it doesn't affect those who choose to organize their lists differently but for those who want that option, make it easier to slide these tasks around without having to go back and reorder each predecessor.

I agree. This also comes into play when building out the timeline from scratch or building a project template. If you insert a task above another, the predecessors column should automatically reflect new task order numbers.

@RobPo@JoanPr@ccarteratx - Agree here as well. We're building expansive, multi-faceted project templates that need to be all-inclusive however also flexible, so each user can tailor to omit non-relevant tasks to their specific project. Highly inefficient to have to manually adjust and yes, surely opens things up to more human error. Automating these adjustments could be a simple but hugely impactful update.
