I am attempting to have my company adopt Workfront across the entire org for helpdesk purposes. The major sticking point right now is the lack of support for tables and inline images in the messaging area. We are a semiconductor company, and the ability to have electrical characteristic tables and phase noise plots in a message is mandatory.
While I would love to have the ability to add these elements when writing a message, the most pressing need to to allow them to show when a message is added via the API. We have replaced the default e-mail system in Workfront with our own and if the note txt field would simply render HTML instead of displaying the actual <> type characters it would solve 80% of my problem. Right now I have the system generating a PDF of the original email and placing it in the docs section, but that is a bandaid solution.
