Description - Allow admins to decide if users can remove widgets set for them on the Home page through layout templates.
Why is this feature important to you - In some setups admins may not need to force users to stay married to certain widgets' presence on the Home page; they may treat widgets as suggestions but not a forced feature present on the page.
How would you like the feature to work - It would be great if admins do have access to a feature, either through access levels or layout templates, to allow users to remove widgets set for them through the layout templates.
Current Behaviour - Once the widget is added to a layout template, the user whom the template is assigned to is not able to remove the widget if they wish to.
