Allow a Proof reviewer to be included in more than one Workflow stage

Currently a reviewer cannot be included in multiple Proof Workflow stages. One of our biggest agency clients and multiple internal agency client services leads requests the following:

Allow Proof reviewer(s) to be included in more than one Workflow stage.

Example:

• The client Brand Manager may want to preview a proof before they send that proof to the rest of the team.
• This same person needs to moderate, clarify, apply actions to all comments, and make a final decision (at the last stage of the review).
