What is needed is:
- the ability to Hide “All” within the filter tab within the layout template- this ensures that Atlas Copco is able to setup the filters that client uses and subsequently disabling the customer from seeing “All” issues, however still has the ability to log issues on the Project
OR
- ability to hide native Issue tab under More drop down so that client overcomes the limited access to issues via the custom tab
OR
- do what we did with documents, which is check box was added to never inherit the access automatically to Issues if they are granted view access to the project
