Description - Currently when editing layout templates, you cannot edit what a user sees when they go to a User page (under the "Customize what users see" drop-down).
This feature is important because we collect data about our users (e.g. capacity, skills) and the only way to do that is as a custom form on the user. This data should not be public to all other Workfront users. We need the ability to prevent other users from seeing Custom Forms on User screens.
Similarly to how it works for other items in the layout template, admins should be able to select what can appear in the "Left panel" when users go to a User screen, with the option for admins to remove any left panel item (currently what shows is Updates, Details, Org Chart, Time Off, Custom Forms). Admins should be able to remove any or all of those items.
Current Behaviour - is not applicable because currently there is no way for us to customize what users see when they look at a User.
