Add reply feature to View All Notifications page

Once reply is typed in, tagged and submitted, it should auto-update under the correct place in the messaging thread under the project's Update view.

Also, if you could add a filter so that you only see what you have not already reviewed, instead of having to look at stuff that I have already seen and checked off as viewed, that would help a lot too!
