Add ability to enable single or mass edit (removal) of commit dates

When it becomes necessary to re-plan a project (scope change, delays due to customer or corporate priority changes, etc), it would be nice to be able to 'clear-out' 'old' commit dates. Adding the ability to use in line or other task edit tools (bulk or single) make the Commit date an editable field would enable old (now invalid) dates to be removed and new dates to be subsequently set.

For the task owner it would be a way for them to quickly reset commitments when a slip occurs that impacts several downstream tasks. For the Project Owner is would be a way to 'clear out' old commit dates when a plan needs to be reworked due to execution interruptions or changes.

Operationally the task owner would be able to both clear and set a new commit date. The project owner would only be able to clear the date - we would not want them to set a commitment for work they will not execute. I could be set as access level privilege if you don't want everyone to have this right.

while simialr to this request - https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSAKAA4/detail - it differs in that the commit date functionality would remain in place and could still be used.
