Access To Workload Balancer API

It would be extremely valuable to be able to access the data in Workload Balancer either via report or API for custom reports in order to forecast project profitability and department revenues for firms with more dynamic resource planning. With this access, future planned hours of both active projects and future proposals could be combine with past actual hours to get an accurate forecast of revenue earned over time (by month, by quarter, etc) as well as a more accurate forecasted profitability for fixed fee projects.
