Ability to scroll through all choices for a portfolio program

Currently, the entire list of program choices does not show up in the scrolling. We have about 25 choices but only 19 show up. If you happen to know there's more choices, you have to know exactly what it is and type it in. This is leaving a lot of room for misfiling by not realizing it is in the list.
