Ability to format how dates display on 'My Work' so we can include the year

Currently there is no way to change the format of how dates display on the My Work views - so we cannot add the year. In my environment 1) Projects span multiple years and 2) Not all staff keeps their work queues up to date.

If we could add the year the task is due - it would make a greater impact.
