Ability to edit Priorities through the layout template

Description -

Why is this feature important to you - When the new 24.1 Release takes hold for the quarterly updates next week, there are some users that wouldn't normally need to view or edit projects or tasks within Workfront. Currently I am unable to remove Priorities from the menu, even if I change the layout landing page. I would like this to be an option I can choose for each layout. 

How would you like the feature to work - I would like to remove Priorities from both view option and menu option on certain layouts. 

Current Behaviour -There is no option to do this.

I believe you correct in that I don't think you can disable "Priorities" at the Layout Template level. However, I just found out that you can disable "Priorities" globally through Setup-->System-->Preferences, where there is a checkbox to "Enable the Priorities worklist". If you disable this checkbox, then users will not see the "Priorities" option in the Waffle menu. I know this may not help you for your particular use case, but thought I would leave a note here in case someone did not realize that you can disable "Priorities" globally.
