Ability to drag or copy the same data from one cell to another in a project plan column

Requesting for an option to drag the same content in one cell to other cells. For example, a customized column was created to identify a Group where a task belongs to. Currently, there's no way to drag data from one cell to the next one and you will just manually choose it in each cell choices. This is a bit tiring if project is consist of more than 200 tasks.
