Description - Ability to display labels instead of values from custom form fields.
Why is this feature important to you - It would help with our reporting,
How would you like the feature to work - when adding custom form fields to columns in reporting we want the ability to display the labels instead of the values.
Current Behavior - Currently the only way to display this is to manually add conversion logic for each individual field, which just isn't feasible when we have dozens of fields.
