Ability to add multiple templates (in order) in one step

We have our templates set up as building blocks so that our project managers can add whatever templates are needed for a given project and in whatever order. We'd like to see the ability to select Attach Template > and then select multiple templates to apply at one time rather than having to continue to go back into Attach Template every time. In addition to selecting multiple templates, we'd like to be able to specify an order in which they're added to the plan.
