Ability to add a comments to projects while bulk editing

It appears the ability to add comments to projects while bulk editing has been removed.

How can you make an edit to projects without making a comment documenting what you have changed?

Workfront has cost my staff and I hours of wasted time as we now have to edit one project at a time so we can properly document the changes that are being made.

Taking this away has removed being able to use the bulk editing feature entirely.

Please let me know when this functionality has been restored.

Our team saw the notes on this removal before they took it away and protested immediately.  But they took it away anyways, unfortunately.  We used bulk editing comments regularly and the removal has cost us a lot of time too.

Would def like this feature restored.
