Scenario creates new Planning records repeatedly

Thanks to previous guidance I have been able to successfully create new Planning records from Issues.  I've come across a new problem (one I suspect is probably a simple fix and rookie mistake) where after searching for issues and comparing them against existing records the scenario then successfully creates the new record over and over.  Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

It looks like your search (18) is returning multiple results. The "native" workfront modules in fusion include an iterator, so if your search returns more than 1 result, you will process all your downstream modules for each returned entry.

 

To correct this, a couple of things you can do, depending on what's causing it. If you're only expecting a single response from 18, figure out why you're getting multiple. If you are expecting to get multiple but still only want to process downstream once, add an aggregator after 18 and link it to 18, then select the values you want to include in the output.
