linkExternalObject : Does anyone have any samples as to what to put in here for this action?

I need to upload documents into an AEM linked folder.

I have uploaded them with Fusion, but can't see the files (but the document number count tells me they are there).

I think that I need to use the Misc. module for the 'Project' object and select the action of 'linkExternalObject', but not sure what to put in those arguments.

Any samples would be greatly appreciated!
