Hi, when creating a "watch event" node in a fusion scenario I get the error: "Request failed with status code 424".

Can you help me?

Thank you very much

Hi there.

Today, we also received this error when attempting to create a webhook. The account we are using for the connection is a Standard Access Level that is not a System Administrator.

Anyone out there see it before?

For future viewers of this post, as of the time of writing:

To the best of my knowledge, and somewhat confirmed by Adobe Support, the following appears to be the case.

On the documentation page for creating webhooks, it states that a 'Standard' License (work or higher) is required.

Adobe Workfront licenses

Standard

Work or higher

This is potentially misleading, as on the Event Subscription API documentation page, it states:

"An access level of “System Administrator” is required to use Event Subscriptions".

Please correct this assumption if wrong.

See also Adobe Workfront modules,

Discusses the Watch Events module, and states

The Workfront Watch Events module triggers scenarios based on a webhook that creates an event subscription in the Workfront API.
