Adobe Summit is a little over a month away and we’re excited for all that’s in store!

This year, we’re back at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas, March 18-20, with preconference trainings on Monday, March 17.

Do you already have your pass? Let us know if you’ll be there! If not, make sure you register now to take advantage of the discounted price through February 13. There’s even a Convince your boss letter on the Summit website that you can utilize to make your case!

Need more convincing? The Customer Success team will be organizing in-person networking opportunities for Workfront customers in attendance, so let us know in the comments if you plan to be there.

We’ll also be posting bi-weekly updates to this blog with the latest Adobe Summit news, and recommended sessions, so be sure to subscribe to this blog to stay in the know!

Happy Monday! For this week's post, we want to remind y'all of two opportunities to check out while you're at Summit.

First thing (before space runs out), don't forget to add the Workfront Lab sessions to your schedule! There are two labs each scheduled for Workfront Fusion and two labs for Workfront Planning, and you'll find them in the Session Catalog.

Fusion Labs

  • Intermediate Automation and Integration with Adobe Workfront Fusion [L816]
  • Workfront Fusion for Beginners: Automate your Workflows [L815 ]

Planning Labs

  • Dynamic Campaign Calendars with Workfront Planning [L817]
  • From Strategy to Delivery: Campaign Insights from Workfront Planning [L818]

These labs are 90-minute hands-on training on Summit provided Mac equipment, preloaded with all the necessary software and files you need. Don't miss out on the opportunity to try these new features with other Workfronters.

For the second opportunity, did you know that in-person certification exams are included with your full conference pass? Exams are taken on a walk-in basis during the conference event days and do not need to be scheduled in advance. These are the Workfront Certifications available:

Last quick note, later this week Nichole and I will start adding/inviting y'all to the group text app for the 2025 Workfronters at Summit conversation, so stay tuned for that!  Once you receive your invite, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to email us at csatscale@adobe.com!

Adobe Summit is almost here! We have a couple of updates to share so let’s get into it!

  • First update: Hopefully everyone on this thread has access to the GroupMe 2025 Workfronters at Summit conversation – let us know if not! This app will be used to coordinate meetups at Summit like breakfasts, lunches, etc. so if you you’re interested in networking with other Workfront Admins, request to join HERE (your email address and phone number will not be shared). If you bump into any Workfronters at Summit you would like access, please tag us in a message so that we can accept their request.  We encourage you to add a profile photo so that your peers can put a name with a face.
  • Second update: By now you may have figured out that Nichole and I will not be attending Summit (we are SO bummed) BUT our truly amazing Workfront celebrity and co-worker, @ewanh, is attending and he will be gathering everyone for breakfast on Tuesday morning to kick things off! He will be posting location details and timing in the GroupMe app so have your notifications turned on. Ewan is also hosting the Fusion labs that we mentioned last week! We believe that the Fusion labs are filled up, so we hope everyone had a chance to register. Make sure to check the app often as several Workfronters that regularly attend Summit may schedule some ad hoc meetups and happy hours.
  • Third update: Pavilion details! In a previous post, we shared a map and some cool opportunities to check out in the Community Pavilion, so we wanted to add more information.  Here are the hours for the Community and Support booth in the Pavilion:
    • Tuesday, March 18th: 11am-7pm
    • Wednesday, March 19th: 11:30am-5:30pm
    • Thursday, March 20th: 10:00am-3:00pm

In addition to Experience League demos and the AMA Lives events, the Community & Support section of the Pavilion also offers opportunities to chat with Technical Support, Training, and Professional Services.  (Y’all know I LOVED my Remote Consulting hours, so if you haven’t had a chance to learn about the magic they can do, now is your chance!)

We’ll be back next Monday with any last-minute updates!

In case you didn't know, there is a Happy Hour on Monday for Workfront Customers! My goal is to arrive early and snag some tables, maybe not directly in the blinding sun this year... https://reg.adobe.com/flow/adobe/as25/workfront/form/form

@moniqueevans I registered for the Adobe Happy Hour a while back and it's in my summit schedule, now I'm wondering if I'm on the list to attend or do I wait list. Is there a way you can find out?
