I tried both @OSGiService and @Inject to call service in Sling model. It's Not working in both cases. I am using AEM 6.4 with SP6.4.5i am getting this error: Caused by: org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.SightlyException: Identifier com.arya.mypackage.core.models.HelloWorldModel cannot be correctly instantiated by the Use APIat org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.impl.engine.extension.use.UseRuntimeExtension.call(UseRuntimeExtension.java:78) [org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly:1.0.48.1_3_1]at org...

Thanks Leo.. I was facing exactly same issue. After Creating Model, when tried to create content fragment, my content model template was not getting listed. After adding this property: /conf/[project-folder-name] to /content/dam/[my-project]/jcr:content , templates are appearing now.I think Leo's solution should be marked as correct solution

yes kind of... i needed to build column control using sightly... so i used OOTB column control written in JSP, since there is no column control OOTB component in sightly... and replaced JSP code with HTML code.
