Clicking on Customer Care link under the Help menu in Reports and Analytics does not open the Customer Care page. I'm using Firefox, if that makes any difference.Have raised this issue with ClientCare... by phone. Incident 150227-000065.

Did this ever get implemented? I find the error messages infuriatingly innacurate. For example, users who leave their browsers open so that their session expires are told their account has been locked, or sometimes that 'access to this version has been disabled', both of which are a lie. Simply attempting to log in again fixes the problem, but users don't know that, and they phone us administrators instead. Please can you fix the login screen error messages and make them more accurate? Thanks...

Safari has a Top Sites feature that goes to a website and gets a page for the most popular sites that a user visits. Similar to Chrome but the difference is that Safari automatically refreshes the page. This results to a high number of 1 page Visits from Safari and that's a problem because: 1. It distorts Visitors/Visits/PVs numbers2. It inflates Bounce Rates Those Visits are not user-initiated so they should be treated like bots. In other words they should be excluded from any Omniture reports ...
