Hey DeepikaaYou can raise a ticket with Adobe for the same. It will provide you a hotfix for the same. Also make sure that you are not caching your public pages in the dispatcher.ThanksPankaj

Intermittent alert "Your request could not be completed because you have been signed out" on CQ - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
HiAfter installation of Adobe Service Pack 2 , there is an intermittent alert while accessing any page in CQ. The alert shows "Your request could not be completed because you have been signed out" and after the alert , it redirects it to "/system/sling/login.html" and shows 404 server error File Not Found.I am not able to figure out why this is occurring. Any help would be highly appreciated.
