HI Ben, I do not see the account name next to the drop-down menu:[img]NewSC_Navigation.jpg[/img] PS - yes, i am a supported user. I used to see the CC Chat link in the footer. After the release, it disappeared and happened to be hidden very well 

It took us a while to find the chat today!!!! You have to go Help > Customer Care > New Cases > Chat at the right side

And - PLEASE return the Account name to the top of the page! It is very annoying to keep opening the Accounts menu just to check what RSID i'm working with. Especially when i am comparing the same reports for different RSIDs in multiple windows. [img]RSID_name.jpg[/img]
