Hello,I am seeing an issue where the totals at the top of a workspace
freeform table do not add up to the numbers that are displayed in the
rows. I have attached two screenshots below:Here you can see the
freeform table and how it has been built in Workspace:The following
image shows the data copied over to excel and you can see that the
totals do not match the totals in Workspace:I would like to know why
there is a difference between workspace and excel. Thanks in advance.
Hello,With Post-Test segmentation, each segment (in your example, mobile
is one segment and desktop is another segment) represents a separate
test. If there is no difference in the conversion rate, each time you
test a segment, the probability of a false positive equals the
significance level. Each time that you do post-test segmentation, the
likelihood of a false positive will increase but this should not stop
you and your team from doing post-test segmentation as it is very
valuable. There are...
The multipage activity should allow you to test groups of pages while
excluding other pages. You could also look at using 'template rules':
Include the Same Experience on Similar Pages This method will only work
if your pages have a very similar structure or contain template elements
that are structured the same on all pages.
Hello,I see that you are using jestor. According to their documentation,
the Stable URLs do not change. There should not be any issue using the
stable URLs with Adobe target for testing experiences. Refer to the
Activity URL documentation: Activity URL If you are attempting to set up
one activity on multiple pages, this is possible using your stable URLs
by adding additional pages within the activity. Check out the Multipage
documentation: Multipage Activity I hope this helps!Matt
Hello,According to the Mobile Metrics and Dimensions Reference, A new
launch is triggered by default when an application is in the background
for five or more minutes. Apparently, the amount of background time can
be configured in the SDK Analytics Options. Is there a best practice for
how much background time there should be? Would it make sense to update
the background time to 30 minutes to better align with web visits and
create a more apples to apples comparison (web vs app visits)?Thank you...
As an Adobe Analytics admin, I want the ability to update, change, and
set a users default report suite at any time. Issues arise when a user
creates a new project in Workspace, begins to perform analysis or the
building of segments and metrics and then realizes afterward that they
have defaulted to the wrong report suite. This is an issue if the user
was defaulted to a report suite when their account was created but that
report suite changes or is no longer used by the organization.
