Your adaptive form uses that xdp as the schema?

If I remember correctly the verify step only works if your form is based on xdpis your form based on xdp?

I think when you retrieve the attachments you will have to store them in some temp location in crx.

yes custom component is required. not sure if you can pass process arguments. give it a try
