if i send a workspace project by PDF (or CSV) without schedule (just immediate sending), it will produce an entry in the list of "scheduled reports". this way, the more projects you send by email, the longer get's the list. an moreover, you can not filter which "scheduled reports" are really schedul...

in the workspace there are a view templates but those can't be changed. i would love to create some templates myself in order to give the users some guidance/ideas/... and they can serve to create future reports in a CI/CD way.and the best would be if i can make a schedule on those templates without...

i fully support this idea! there is no way to have a full view what is beeing used at the reporting end.just an input for a workaround:for segments and calculated metrics you can use the API. just analyse the data, by excel or something similar ...
