It was originally upload via a workflow. But the data is already in the Adobe Campaign Datamart. What can I do to purge the data to I only have one email address for each integrated profile in the database.

Ajay,What error message are you receiving now? Have you verified that you don't have a firewall blocking access between the AEM and ACS Cloud instance. Check the AEM error and access log for clues, what do you see there?
