Hi,I was wondering if there is a clever way to mark a question
containing checkbox questions (more than 1 answer possible) mandatory
that at least 1 checkbox is ticked. In the example: I can define an error
message for Container 6 if no checkbox out of those three are ticked. I
know I can make each single checkbox mandatory, but that's not the point
and would be detrimental in my survey case. Thanks!
I am trying to use a specific font in AC Classic email templates, Sans
Forgetica. I was thinking of uploading the font (.otf) to Public
Resources and refer to it in the CSS of the email template (I want only
part of the email formated in this font / font family) as most email
clients will not be able to display it.Any idea how this is doable or
are there other ways?
Is it possible (with / without development or configuration effort) to
disable or anonymize the tracking of recipient activities when emails
are sent out?If a recipient does not want to be tracked (not just web
tracking, but also their activities with Adobe Campaign emails), for
these selected recipient it would be necessary to hide/ anonymize the
direct link between recipient and their activities (email opened, email
clicked) within a campaign. Ideally, statistics would still show up at
Hi,I want to run a campaign and do a 50-50 volume split with my Target
group for A/B Testing. The split should not be randomized only, but
ideally I could make sure that each 50% segment is distributed evently
across my geography. But I only have the standard zip code / postal
address information in my table, no geolocation or areas. Is there a
clever way to achieve this without having to split into many subsegments
"zip code starts with 1", starts with 2....etc.), e.g. by using Cells?

seen the "from an external file" option which is available when defining
the recipients of a delivery? See screenshot below: From there, you are
able to define which fields from the file correspond to email, etc.
Target would be considered as recipients but would not be imported in
the database as long as you check the "Do not import recipients into the
database" option. Depending on your specific requirements, this could
I have linked an external file from which to launch an email campaign to
the recipient table via primary key and created a list from it. However,
I need to use the file's email column and not the emails from the
recipient table. How/where can I define this (launch from file in email
delivery doesn't let me specify the email column).
Hi Florent,I didn't have the chance to test this yet. I assume I have to
upload the csv beforehand and save it into a list (without linking)
before doing this? Or can I upload and, in "File format definition",
define/assign the email column. I work with an older version of AC, this
is why it doesn't show up as in your screenshot.
Is there a way to launch an email delivery (email campaign) from an
external csv file that I want to keep unlinked from the recipient
table?Meaning, importing a csv list with a single column containing just
email adresses, create a list from there, and launch a campaign from
that list?I know it's not best practice as you usually should link
delivery to recipients for also delivery logs. But this is an exception.
