Is there a way we can turn on and off Highlight fields feature automatically at the form load or page load?

Is it possible to display border on the PDF and not print on the output for Text Field??? What settings and/or scripting I need to get this working? A sample form is really appreciated.

I have a requirement to do the following in a PDF form designed in LiveCycle 7: When a user clicks on Enter key that have to be treated as Tab key and move the curser to the next Text field available.Can any one help me how to achieve with an example?
