I am not able to reproduce . For me it's working even in email and SMS. It seems there is some local settings not from the campaign side which is causing the issue.

I have tested at my local and for me text is not reversing. Do you see same issue with email delivery also or this is specific to sms only ?

Hi Vignesh ,Could you please check the exclusion settings on  delivery Click on TO>Exclusion>Exclusion SettingsUncheck the exclude duplicate addresses during delivery, if you don't want to exclude duplicate emails.
