For getting the root cause, can you attach the stacktrace from your app.server log? Did you install Acrobat with trial key? Can you check if Adobe PDF is the default printer in your system?Oguzhttp://www.kgc.com.tr
Did you follow the steps for PDF Generarator configuratin in "Post Deployment Activities" section of the document dor your AppServer Install Guide.
